Processing time

Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During peak summer season and around holidays, processing can take up to 5 business days.

Shipping methods & rates

We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
Priority (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days
Expedited (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days

Local pickup

Choose pickup at the restaurant at checkout and we'll have your order ready at the host stand, no shipping charge. We'll email you when it's ready.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number. You can track your package directly with the carrier.

International shipping

At this time we ship within the United States only. International customers can reach out to hello@falmouthpier37.com for special arrangements.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived in the expected timeframe, email hello@falmouthpier37.com with your order number and we'll help track it down. For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then let us know.
