Thanks for shopping Pier 37 Boathouse merchandise. If you're not fully satisfied, we'll make it right.

Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must have all tags attached and be free of signs of wear, odors, or damage.

How to return

Email hello@falmouthpier37.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
We'll reply with return instructions and a ship-to address.
Ship the item back at your expense unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.

Non-returnable

Gift cards, final-sale items, and any merchandise marked non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
